Implementing Decision No. 1906/2014/QD-UBND dated September 4, 2014 on promulgating the Regulation on coordination between functional agencies in state management of foreign direct investment activities in Hai Phong city; Decision No. 2952/2015/QD-UBND dated December 30, 2015 of the City People's Committee on issuing the Regulations on coordination between functional agencies in Hai Phong city in state management of enterprises after establishment registration; Notice No. 31/TB-TTTB dated March 23, 2018 of the City Inspectorate on coordination of inspection and examination of businesses in 2018 (2nd time)
Based on the functions and tasks of the Department of Planning and Investment regarding the management of domestic and foreign investment activities,
