Currently, the contractor consortium is organizing simultaneously, including: construction of the package from Lang Am bridge to the end of the bridge over the Chanh Duong river and the 1.36km section on the left side of the Chanh Duong river, with an estimated value of 40.2% of the contract; The bidding package for the construction of a bridge over the Thai Binh river and access roads at both ends of the bridge, the completed volume has reached more than 25% of the contract. To ensure project construction progress, the Project Management Board requests that Vinh Bao district continue to approve the compensation and support plan for the remaining households in May under the direction of the City People's Committee; Tien Lang district will soon approve additional plans according to other support mechanisms, propagate and mobilize households to hand over the premises.

The Vice President also assigned relevant departments and branches to coordinate and support localities in resolving problems in site clearance and project construction.
