On the morning of October 2, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Binh on-site inspected the progress of site clearance to serve the Hoang Van Thu bridge project in Thuy Nguyen district. Accompanied by representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches, units and localities.
The Hoang Van Thu bridge construction project reclaimed 10.9 hectares in Tan Duong and Duong Quan communes (Thuy Nguyen district) from 89 households and 3 organizations. To date, 11/89 households have received money and hand over the premises; Particularly for 4 households in the scope of construction of 3 bridge piers and 1 abutment, through propaganda and advocacy work, by September 28, 3 households handed over the site; 74 households are located on the road leading to the bridge. Although district leaders have held dialogue many times, they have not yet complied.

Through the actual inspection of site clearance and construction of Hoang Van Thu bridge, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Binh acknowledged that the Urban Development Construction Management Board, contractors and Thuy Nguyen district have coordinated well in implementing tasks to ensure progress. The Vice Chairman requested that it be necessary to speed up site clearance progress so that contractors can focus on machinery and resources, taking advantage of good weather days to speed up construction to ensure overall progress. Regarding capital for site clearance and construction, the Vice Chairman requested the Management Board and the City People's Committee Office to coordinate with other sectors to urgently meet capital requirements to ensure the progress of the project.
