(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of July 23, at the People's Committee of Vinh Niem ward, Le Chan district enforcement implementation board held a meeting to deploy a plan to organize land recovery for households who do not comply with the land recovery decision to implement the Cau Rao 2 Urban Area Project in Vinh Niem ward. Chairman of Le Chan District People's Committee Pham Tien Du chaired the meeting.
According to the plan, to implement the Cau Rao 2 Urban Area Project, Le Chan district will recover about 50 hectares of land from 225 households and a number of public land plots from a number of organizations. The project will be built into a model urban area along the Lach Tray river, ensuring complete and synchronous social infrastructure with low-rise housing items, green parks, water surfaces, landscapes and urban utility works, creating a driving force to promote the district's infrastructure development.
Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the District People's Committee Le Chan requested departments, units and Vinh Niem ward to focus heavily on propaganda and mobilization to persuade households to agree, support, voluntarily relocate and hand over the site for project implementation; At the same time, elaborate and complete the enforcement preparation plan, no later than July 27. On the other hand, Vinh Niem ward and the Land Development Center need to focus on solving problems related to regimes and policies for households. The working groups carefully prepared the conditions and plans so that the forced land acquisition for the Project would be safe and in accordance with regulations.
