South Binh Cau intersection construction project: Localities commit to clearing land to meet construction progress requirements

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Binh emphasized that in order to serve project construction, in the past week, An Duong district and Hong Bang district proactively coordinated with relevant departments and branches to actively speed up site clearance progress, basically meeting the project's construction progress requirements. This is a significant change in the two localities after the City People's Committee reminded and learned from the experience of site clearance being slower than required. Both localities need to be more proactive, organizing site clearance to closely follow the construction progress, not to affect the progress of the project. He requested relevant agencies and units to quickly complete construction plans around the railway area, ensuring progress and construction at the same time.safe. At the same time, quickly complete and submit to city leaders proposals to adjust the project design, ensuring connectivity, safety and convenience, and promoting the effectiveness of the intersection after completion. Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Binh thanked the people of An Duong and Hong Bang districts for supporting the project and creating conditions for handing over the site.

The South Binh Cau intersection project is being urgently constructed by the contractor.

According to the management board of Hai Phong traffic construction investment project, up to now, the investment project to build the South Binh Cau intersection is accelerating the site clearance progress. An Duong district only has 1 household left, Hong Bang district committed to relocate 38 households in Thuong Ly ward before August 10, 2019; 60 households in So Dau ward before September 15, 2019. With the above site handover progress, the project will basically complete construction by the end of 2019. Currently, the project has reached 41% of the workload including: construction of closed tunnels, open tunnels, retaining walls, bridges over Hong Bang road branch.../.
