(Haiphong.gov.vn) – Hong Bang district and An Duong district need to continue to pay attention to site clearance work, completely resolve petitions from households, organize and approve compensation and support plans to soon hand over the site to the construction contractor, ensuring the progress of the project. The Permanent Vice Chairman noted that Hong Bang district has made many efforts in site clearance work, but there are still some households that have not handed over the land for the project. To ensure site clearance progress while ensuring social security, the Vice Chairman requested Hong Bang district to consider and review policies. In case the prescribed regimes have been fully implemented but people refuse to hand over the land, land recovery will be carried out according to the provisions of law. Regarding procedures for adjusting project design, the Vice President directed, based on the progress situation, to request relevant agencies to consider and evaluate, follow the procedures and authority, and ensure technical requirements.
Regarding the connection route, the Vice President requested the Project Management Board to closely follow the authorities of the Ministry of Transport and related units to soon complete the plan to carry out the connection. At the same time, note that the contractor tries to speed up the construction progress and restore the site to serve people traveling through this area.

The Vice Chairman also noted that the project is currently in the final phase of construction, so the Project Management Board needs to coordinate closely with the authorities of the Ministry of Transport to check and verify technical requirements to absolutely ensure the quality and safety of the project. Regarding specific recommendations such as fences surrounding the port, paving bridge paths, railings, etc., the Vice Chairman requested the Project Management Board to submit papers to the City People's Committee for consideration and decision.
