(Haiphong.gov.vn) - The City People's Committee has just issued a Decision approving the investor Hoang Huy Financial Services Investment Joint Stock Company to invest in the Hoang Huy - So Dau Project (at 2A So Dau, So Dau Ward, Hong Bang District).
The project has a scale of constructing a technical infrastructure system of urban areas and adjacent housing areas including 59 house lots with a maximum height of 05 floors, with a land use area of nearly 8,500m2.
The project's investment objective is to build and develop commercial housing areas in a synchronous and modern direction, ensuring the criteria of a class I urban area, a national center; in accordance with the detailed planning adjustments at 1/2000 scale of Hong Bang district and the approved extension to 2025.
According to the project implementation progress, the third quarter of 2019: prepare, appraise and approve the investment project; compensation, site clearance; survey, design construction drawings and prepare construction estimates; Quarter III/2019 – Quarter III/2021: construction of infrastructure and works; Quarter III/2021: complete and put the project into operation.
The City People's Committee requested Hoang Huy Financial Services Investment Joint Stock Company to advance compensation costs for land clearance for the project according to regulations. Implement the project according to the planning and registration schedule; Responsible for complying with legal regulations on investment, construction, land, environmental protection, labor and relevant laws. Ensure sufficient capital to meet project requirements, scale and progress. At the same time, after completion, all technical infrastructure for common use will be handed over to the competent authority for management according to regulations.
