The One-Stop Department receives documents according to regulations and coordinates with specialized departments in receiving and checking enterprise documents. The Management Board's annual evaluation of civil servants is tied to completionassigned responsibilities, tasks and results of on-time and overdue administrative procedures implementation on the electronic one-stop system and online public services.
