(Haiphong.gov.vn) - The City People's Committee has just issued Plan 186/KH-UBND to implement Directive No. 05/CT-TTg dated March 1, 2019 of the Prime Minister on strengthening and rectifying construction planning and urban development management according to approved planning. Establish an urban development program for Hai Phong city until 2035, with a vision to 2050. Gradually establish a system to monitor and supervise the urban development process according to sets of indicators on building green growth urban areas and developing urban areas to respond to climate change.
