(Haiphong.gov.vn) – Tien Lang district has made many efforts to propagate and mobilize people to hand over the site to the contractor for construction work. Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Binh expressed his recognition at the inspection of the implementation of the investment project to renovate and upgrade the route from Doan Lap - Cau Han - National Highway 37 intersection; route from Doan Lap intersection - Cau Dang - National Highway 37 and the route connecting Lang Am bridge to Nhan Muc bridge, April 4 afternoon. Accompanied by leaders of relevant departments, branches, localities and units.
Through a field inspection at the project site, the Permanent Vice Chairman welcomed the Project Management Board, investors and local authorities for closely coordinating in building the critical progress path, on that basis closely following the direction of the city leaders and the critical path progress for implementation. The Vice Chairman noted that relevant units need to have construction measures and organize construction in accordance with the site clearance schedule, speed up progress but must absolutely ensure the quality of the project.
Regarding land prices, the Vice Chairman requested the Land Price Appraisal Council to soon consider and complete the appraisal to submit to the City People's Committee before April 10, 2019.
The Vice Chairman emphasized that because the construction project in traffic conditions is still being implemented, units are required to take good precautions, warn, and absolutely ensure traffic safety during the construction process.
The Vice Chairman also requested Hai Phong Electricity Company Limited to direct Tien Lang and Vinh Bao District Electricity to coordinate with localities to urgently relocate medium voltage and low voltage electrical systems, transformer stations and electric cables within the site clearance area on the route so that construction contractors can ensure progress.
According to the report of the Project Management Board, up to this point, the contractors have organized many construction phases, focusing on constructing the roadbed, constructing vertical ditches, sewers... It is expected that in April, if the People's Committees of Tien Lang and Vinh Bao districts hand over the site to the construction contractors, the Management Board of Hai Phong Bridge Projects will agree with the contractors to focus on equipment, strengthen the construction tasks, and ensure the completion of the construction work. 02 projects on June 30, 2019 and complete acceptance procedures before July 15, 2019.
