Le Chan District strives to build the district as the economic and commercial center of the city

(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of September 10, the Standing Committee of the Le Chan District Party Committee met to listen to the Documents Subcommittee of the XXIV District Party Congress (Documents Subcommittee) to approve the first draft of the Political Report of the XXIII District Party Executive Committee (Political Report) to submit to the XXIV District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025. Comrades Le Trung Kien - City Party Committee member, District Party Committee Secretary, Head of the Documents Subcommittee chaired the meeting.

After listening to the Document Subcommittee's report on the First Draft of the Political Report; Members of the Document Subcommittee expressed their opinions, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee basically agreed on the proposed Congress theme "Promoting the tradition of solidarity; improving the leadership capacity and fighting power of the entire Party Committee; maximizing the potential and advantages, mobilizing effective use of all resources, innovation, creativity, rapid and sustainable development; striving to build Le Chan district into a civilized, modern urban area, the economic and commercial center of the city by the year 2025”. The District Party Committee's Standing Committee basically agreed on the 1st Draft of the Political Report, assigning members of the Document Subcommittee to continue researching, editing, and supplementing the content of the 1st Draft.2 Political reports ensure completeness, comprehensiveness, depth, and scope, highlighting the results of leadership and direction of the District Party Committee in the past term; Report to the Standing Document Subcommittee before September 18, 2019 for synthesis and submission to the District Party Executive Committee at the end of September 2019.
