This land area has an area of more than 8,740m², located adjacent to the Political and Administrative Center of Hong Bang district, planned to build a 5-star hotel. The starting price for auction of this land is more than 99,368 billion VND.
Participating in the auction were two organizations including Corporation 36 - Joint Stock Company, headquartered in Dong Da district (Hanoi) and Route Inn Vietnam Hai Phong Co., Ltd., headquartered at Thanh Dat Building (Ngo Quyen district). The land was auctioned in the form of secret ballot. After 1 round of bidding, Route Inn Vietnam Hai Phong Co., Ltd. won the auction with an amount of 100.5 billion VND. According to regulations, the winning bidder for this land must pay once for the entire use period of 50 years./.
