On the morning of April 4, the City People's Council representative group in Hai An district chaired by leader Pham Thanh Van, Secretary of Hai An District Party Committee, worked with the People's Committee of Hai An district.Hai An district, monitoring the results of implementing the city's 2014 theme "economic recovery - innovating growth model" in the district in the first quarter of 2014.

Implementing the city's 2014 theme, Hai An district organized many propaganda sessions and directed the serious implementation of tasks. In the district, the total value of economic groups increased by 25% compared to the same period in 2013. Many businesses have had stable production and business activities since the beginning of the year. In particular, road transport activities developed strongly, growing from 45% to 186% in the first quarter.
Vice Chairman of the City People's Council Nguyen Dinh Bich highly appreciated the management work of Hai An district leaders, creating conditions for industries to develop, especially opening opportunities to accelerate seaport and logistics services. The district needs to build an area for small production with low capital to put 27 small businesses and production and business complexes into operation, prevent environmental pollution and expand production, create jobs for people, and meet the needs of sustainable development. Relevant agencies review policies on land, finance, and mechanisms, continue to remove difficulties, and help businesses develop stable production.
