The 9th session (extraordinary session) of the XV City People's Council will consider and decide on investment policies and construction of a number of important projects.

(Haiphong.gov.vn) – The Standing Committee of the People's Council has issued Decision No. 10/QD-HĐND on convening the 9th session (extraordinary session) of the XV City People's Council (term 2016 - 2021).

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the City People's Council decided to convene the City People's Council delegates to attend the 9th session (extraordinary session) of the XV City People's Council to consider and decide to approve the policy of investing in the construction of a number of projects and implementing a number of other contents according to the law. The meeting will take place in 1 day, opening at 08:00 on March 26, 2019 at the City Convention Center.

At this meeting, delegates will discuss and give opinions on decisions on investment policies for construction investment projects such as: Hoa River bridge; Dinh Bridge; Quang Thanh bridge; Rao I bridge; The route connects from the intersection of South Binh Bridge to the intersection of Ton Duc Thang - Mang Nuoc - National Highway 5; The road connects from Lang Am bridge, Ly Hoc commune, Vinh Bao district to the coastal road; The route connects Provincial Road 354 through Kien Thuy Industrial Park to the coastal road in Doan Xa commune, Kien Thuy district; Technical infrastructure of North Song Cam Resettlement Area (phase 2); Urban embellishment investment project (technical infrastructure construction) at land lot 4 Tran Phu street, Ngo Quyen district and serving land auction; Technical infrastructure of roads surrounding Aeon Mall Hai Phong Commercial Center.

The 9th meeting will also give opinions on the Report proposing investment policies for the investment project to expand the coastal road through Hai Phong city from Provincial road 353 to Thai Binh bridge (Km0 - Km19+645); Adjust and supplement the list of investment projects using rice cultivation land, protective forest land, and special-use forests; list of investment projects requiring land recovery; State budget capital expected to be allocated for site clearance compensation in the city in 2019.
