(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of April 25, the Standing Committee of the City People's Council met to check, listen, and give opinions on the draft Resolutions submitted to the 25th Session (Thematic Session) of the XVI City People's Council, term 2021 - 2026 and the preparation of the Session. Comrade Pham Van Lap, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council chaired the meeting.
In attendance were comrades: Bui Duc Quang, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council; Nguyen Duc Tho, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee; Leaders of the City People's Council and relevant departments and branches.
The 25th session (Thematic session) will consider and give opinions on the following contents: Arrangement of provincial and commune-level administrative units of Hai Phong city. Funding support for implementing a number of expenditure tasks in the field of defense and security in 2025. Changing forest use purposes to other purposes to implement the Project on investment in construction and infrastructure business of Hai Phong International Gateway Port Industrial Park. Adjust the list of projects and works requiring land recovery and the List of projects and works to change the use purpose of rice cultivation land, protective forest land, and production forests in the city in 2025. Tasks of General planning to build the southern coastal economic zone of Hai Phong. List of public services using state budget in the fields of culture,family, fitness, sports, information, journalism, publishing and tourism in Hai Phong city.
