On the morning of May 11, in Vinh Niem ward, Le Chan district. The City People's Committee coordinated with Minato Vietnam Co., Ltd. to organize the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Commercial and Apartment Complex Project at Lot B - Urban Area along Lach Tray River. This is one of the key projects and works in the series of activities of the Hai Phong Red Phoenix Flower Festival in 2019 and the 64th Anniversary of Hai Phong's Liberation Day.
Attending the project's groundbreaking ceremony were: Comrade Nguyen Van Tung, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee; Nguyen Xuan Binh, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee; Comrades, members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee; Vice Chairman of the People's Council and City People's Committee; together with leaders of departments, branches and localities; former comrades who led the city through the ages.
Commercial and apartment complex project at Lot B - Lach Tray riverside urban area has a land area of 1.26 hectares, with a total investment of more than 2,200 billion VND (100% investment capital of Japanese investors). Construction scale includes 02 apartment and commercial buildings with 26 floors, 01 basement with a total height of 100m; The total number of apartments in the two buildings is 924, divided into 2 phases.
Located in a prime location right at the intersection with many important routes such as: Bac Son - Nam Hai urban traffic trunk road, Pham Van Dong street, Ho Sen - Cau Rao 2 street, Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway, Cat Bi international airport... The project will meet the shopping and high-end housing needs of city residents, as well as foreign experts living and working in Hai Phong city.
Speaking at the Groundbreaking Ceremony, Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung emphasized that the investment in building a commercial complex and apartments at the above location is a continuation of the investment in building Lach Tray Riverfront Urban Area, including the 5-star Chuo Hotel and other architectural works. Along with large public, commercial and utility projects such as AEON MALL Commercial Center, Cau Rao 2 Urban Area of Vingroup, Marine Medicine Hospital, Vinmec International General Hospital... the presence of The Minato Residence Project will contribute to making the southern area of Le Chan district a worth living address for people of the Port city. In order for the project to be implemented on schedule, the Chairman suggested that investors need to focusstrive to complete the construction early compared to the proposed plan, and at the same time commit that the city will pay attention to create conditions and support investors during the implementation process.
