(Haiphong.gov.vn)- On the morning of March 9, at Truong Thanh commune, An Lao district, KITA Group held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Hai Phong Sakura Golf Club Project. Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Duc Tho, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee; Bui Duc Quang, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council; leaders of An Lao district and city departments and branches.

Speaking at the Project Commencement Ceremony, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tho acknowledged and appreciated the An Lao District People's Committee and related units and especially the determination and professionalism of the Investor in expeditiously completing the prescribed procedures and ensuring resources to start the project.
The Vice Chairman recommended that Investors focus on implementing the project on schedule, ensuring quality, and complying with legal regulations; Consulting units and contractors strictly implement construction standards and regulations, ensuring quality, project safety, labor safety and environmental sanitation.
The Vice Chairman also requested the Hai Phong Transport and Agriculture Construction Investment Project Management Board to urgently complete the investment project to build a new dyke line to replace the Lach Tray right dyke line, and soon hand it over to the Investor to deploy construction items. An Lao District People's Committee and relevant agencies coordinate and create favorable conditions for Investors and contractors during the construction process, ensuring security, order and safety of the project.
