(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the morning of May 26, Kien Thuy District People's Committee held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Investment and Construction Project to expand DT 363 (Hoa Binh canal section, from DT 353 to DT 361). This is an event to celebrate the 66th Anniversary of Hai Phong's Liberation Day (May 13, 1955-May 13, 2021) and to celebrate the successful election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2021-2026 term.

Speaking at the Groundbreaking Ceremony, Chairman of Kien Thuy District People's Committee - Nguyen Van Tuan emphasized that in recent years, with the attention of the city and departments, branches, Kien Thuy district has upgraded and renovated key transport infrastructure systems in the area such as DT 361, DT 363, the road connecting Provincial Road 354 through Kien Thuy Industrial Park to coastal roads and a number of transport infrastructure projects. other important. However, section DT 363 (Hoa Binh canal section, from DT 353 to DT 361) is the gateway of the district and has not been upgraded for investment.
To ensure the project is completed and inaugurated on September 2, 2022, the Chairman of Kien Thuy District People's Committee pledged to direct the District Project Management Board and construction, design, and supervision consulting units to mobilize maximum all resources, develop specific, scientific measures, and organize project construction in accordance with standards, processes, and technical regulations to ensure quality, efficiency, and on schedule.

Emphasizing his speech at the Project Groundbreaking Ceremony, Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Tung said that in order to contribute to building Kien Thuy district to become a district administrative unit before 2030 as the goal set out in the Resolution of the 16th City Party Congress, the city has decided to implement the Investment and Construction Project to expand DT 363 (Hoa Binh canal section, from Phone 353 to Phone 361).
This is an important connection route from the southern areas to the city center, creating favorable conditions to attract investment, urban development, and tourism services in Kien Thuy district. At the same time, it contributes to forming the spatial axis of landscape architecture in the Hoa Binh canal and Da Do river areas, promoting the socio-economic development of Kien Thuy district and the city.

Construction contractors focus on human and material resources to quickly carry out construction work, ensuring progress, quality, technique and aesthetics, especially absolutely ensuring labor safety, traffic safety and ensuring regulations on COVID-19 epidemic prevention.
The Chairman also requested Kien Thuy district to coordinate with city departments, agencies and branches to create the best conditions for contractors to execute the project.
