(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of November 11, at the City Convention Center, the City People's Council held the 20th Session (Thematic Session) of the XVI City People's Council, term 2021 - 2026 to consider and decide on urgent issues of the city according to its authority.

Speaking at the opening of the Meeting, Chairman of the City People's Council Pham Van Lap said that at this Meeting, the City People's Council will consider and decide on 6 draft thematic resolutions: adjusting capital between projects to improve feasibility, practicality, and speed up the disbursement of public investment capital in 2024; Adjust project policies to ensure synchronous implementation of infrastructure in the Administrative - Political Center area, City Performance Conference in April 2025; promulgate Resolutions to concretize the 2024 Land Law and implement the Prime Minister's Directives; Carry out human resource work according to regulations and a number of other important contents.
Chairman of the City People's Council Pham Van Lap requested the City People's Council delegates to uphold their sense of responsibility, carefully study the issues, focus on discussion, to make correct, highly feasible decisions for each content presented at this meeting.
