(Haiphong.gov.vn) – The City People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 755/QD-UBND approving the results of the competition for the architectural design plan of the Political - Administrative Center; City Convention - Performance Center in North Cam River Urban Area.
According to the Decision, approving the plan code HH68 of GMP Internationl GmbH Company is the successful plan for architectural design of the City Political - Administrative Center project; City Convention - Performance Center in North Cam River Urban Area.
The City People's Committee assigned the Urban Development and Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board to coordinate with GMP Internationl GmbH to complete the architectural plan according to regulations, and at the same time negotiate, complete and sign a contract with GMP Internationl GmbH to prepare project documents; Organize verification and appraisal and submit to competent authorities for approval; and notify in writing the exam results to participating design consulting organizations.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction and the Department of Finance to guide the Urban Development and Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board to implement the next steps to ensure compliance with the law.
