(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On April 1, 2025, the Chairman of the City People's Committee heard a report on the progress of implementing electronic identification for agencies and organizations on the VNeID application in Hai Phong city. Also attending the meeting were leadership representatives: Party Committees of the city's Party agencies, the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Heads of Departments, branches and units: City Police, Science and Technology, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Education and Training, Tax Department Region III, City Cooperative Alliance; Director of the City Press and Communications Center; Chairman of Hai Phong City Labor Confederation and Chairman of District People's Committee.

After listening to reports from relevant departments, branches and units, the Chairman of the City People's Committee requested the Department of Finance to create and classify businesses and cooperatives into groups by district, district and in the Industrial Park and send it to the district-level People's Committee before April 5, 2025.
Assign the Chairman of the District People's Committee to urgently mobilize forces to participate in implementing the registration of electronic identification accounts to be completed before April 15, 2025.
Assign the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board to preside over and coordinate with the City Police and relevant agencies and units to deploy the registration of electronic identification accounts for businesses in Industrial Zones to be completed before April 15, 2025.
Assign the Department of Education and Training to implement electronic identification account registration for all schools and educational levels; colleges and universities located in the city and agencies and units in the education and training sector complete before April 6, 2025.
Assign the Department of Home Affairs to guide and urge the registration of electronic identification accounts for agencies, units, party agencies and organizations of the political system to be completed before April 6, 2025.
Assign city Departments, branches, and district-level People's Committees to report to the City People's Committee on the results of electronic identification registration for agencies, units, and organizations on a daily basis (through the City People's Committee Office).
Assign the City Police to coordinate, guide, monitor and urge agencies, organizations, localities and units in the city in implementing electronic identification account registration, regularly reporting to the Chairman of the City People's Committee on implementation results (through the City People's Committee Office).
After April 15, 2025, agencies, organizations, units, and businesses bring the VNeID of the head (or authorized person) to provide proof of electronic identification registration for the agency or organization to present when carrying out administrative procedures at state agencies.
Assign the City People's Committee Office to daily summarize the situation and results of electronic identification account registration and promptly report to the Chairman of the City People's Committee. If the above deadlines are exceeded, consider reporting to the Chairman of the City People's Committee to criticize and review agencies, units and organizations that have not been completed.
