The cost of compensation and site clearance comes from the revenues of phase 1 and advances from businesses. The city directs compensation and site clearance work to be completed before June 30, 2014.
Implementing the direction of the City People's Committee, Vinh Bao district proposed a site clearance plan for zone B of Tan Lien industrial cluster, directed the Compensation Council, Working Group, related sectors and Tan Lien commune to focus on reviewing compensation and site clearance support plans according to regulations. Organize publicity and arrange compensation payment time to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Accordingly, the land recovery (all agricultural land area) is divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 is expected to recover 31 hectares including agricultural land in villages: Tien Hai 1, Vinh Quang and part of Nam Ha village) with a total compensation and support cost of about 60 billion VND. Implementation time is March 2014. Phase 2 recovers more than 35 hectares of agricultural land from 3 villages: Tien Hai 2, An Ngoai and the remaining area of Nam H villageah. It is expected that by the end of April 2014, compensation payments and site clearance will be completed for households.
