Suggestions and proposals from businesses and entrepreneurs in the campaign will be considered, synthesized and transferred to Party and State agencies for handling according to their authority; At the same time, it is researched to serve the improvement of economic development mechanisms and policies, contributing to the development of documents of the 13th Party Congress. Each business and entrepreneur submits a maximum of 01 participating work with one or several comments and suggestions in accordance with the goals and regulations of the Campaign. Time to receive comments and suggestions: From the date of the Launching Ceremony to December 31, 2019 (according to the postal stamp/email sending date). The honoring and awarding ceremony is expected to be held at 20h0o on April 25 or 26, 2020 at the Friendship Cultural Palace, Hanoi city; Vietnam Television broadcasts live on VTV1. The Organizing Committee will award 01 Special Prize: 300,000,000 VND (Three hundred million VND) accompanied by the Campaign Logo and Certificate of the Organizing Committee; 03 First prizes, each: 100,000,000 VND (One hundred million VND) accompanied by the Campaign Logo and Certificate of the Organizing Committee; 05 Second prizes, each: 50,000,000 VND (Fifty million VND) accompanied by the Campaign Logo and Certificate of the Organizing Committee; 10 Third prizes, each worth 20,000,000 VND (Twenty million VND) accompanied by the Campaign Logo and Certificate of the Organizing Committee; 20 Consolation prizes, each prize: 5,000,000 VND (Five million VND) accompanied by the Campaign Logo and Certificate of the Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee supports travel and accommodation expenses for authors (businesses, entrepreneurs/business group representatives/business representatives) to attend the Honoring and Award Ceremony.
