        Enterprises continue to use the issued Enterprise Certificate and Branch/Representative Office/Business Location Registration Certificate.

        Enterprises update address information due to changes in administrative boundaries on the Certificate of Business Registration, Certificate of Branch/Representative Office/Business Location Registration when needed or at the same time when registering changes or notifying changes to other content in the business registration. In case there is a need, businesses should follow the following instructions

1. Prepare documents

     Enterprises draft dossiers to change the business registration content according to the Appendix form issued with the Government's Draft Decree on business registration, specifically as follows:

1. Enterprises submit applications on the National Information System for Business Registration: https://dangkykinhdoanh.gov.vn
2. Create a business registration account for the applicant

 III. Notes

1. For amended and supplemented documents submitted after July 1, 2025, due to changes in regulations on administrative procedures or changes in administrative units, individuals and businesses are requested to declare documents according to new regulations and submit them to the competent business registration agency of the new administrative unit.
2. Enterprises consider the contents that need to be changed in accordance with the actual situation of their business to prepare corresponding documents and papers. In case there are many contents that need to be changed, the enterprise must fully prepare documents and papers for all contents that need to be changed.
