Yusen Dinh Vu Factory and Warehouse Project by Yusen Logistics (Singapore) Pte. Yusen Dinh Vu Factory and Warehouse Project by Yusen Logistics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd, the investment is the third largest FDI project since the beginning of the year in Hai Phong. The Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board has just issued an investment certificate to investor Yusen Logistics (Singapore) Pte. Ltd, with Yusen Dinh Vu Factory and Warehouse Project.
Yusen Hai Phong Co., Ltd. was established to implement this project. After the project is completed, a system of factories and warehouses for rent with an expected area of 100,000 square meters will be put into operation.
The project includes: High quality factory area (13,936m2), warehouse system (20,000m2), empty container yard (20,000m2), tractor and container trailer parking lot. This is the third largest FDI project invested in Hai Phong since the beginning of this year, with a total investment capital of 21.1 million USD. According to plan, the project will start construction in September this year and be put into operation in June 2014.
