(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the afternoon of May 14, at the City Convention Center, the City People's Committee organized the May 2019 Business Dialogue Conference. Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Thanh chaired the conference. Attending were leaders of relevant departments, branches, localities and units.

At the Conference, representatives of the Department of Finance responded to 6 recommendations of businesses. Hai An District People's Committee completely resolved the request of Anh Cao Co., Ltd. regarding vehicles entering and exiting the yard. 2 businesses have new recommendations: Phu Cuong Co., Ltd. recommends issues related to investment incentive policies, land rent, settlement of deductible site clearance costs and land rent; Hai An District Business Association proposed traffic safety issues and the implementation of projects in the area, and the lack of centralized vehicle repair stations in the city.
Vice Chairman of the People's Committee Nguyen Van Thanh requested the Department of Transport and related agencies to accept opinions and recommendations of businesses and take timely corrective measures. Regarding the proposal of Phu Cuong Co., Ltd., the People's Committee of Kien An district and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment were assigned to coordinate with relevant sectors to complete documents to finalize site clearance costs and investment incentive policies, reporting to the City People's Committee before May 31.
Also at the Conference, the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee worked with industries and localities to basically resolve the recommendations of Vinaship Shipping Joint Stock Company and Ha Long Trading Joint Stock Company.
