On the afternoon of April 17, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Binh and leaders of functional branches and localities inspected the implementation of the investment project to renovate and upgrade the route from Doan Lap - Cau Han - National Highway 37 intersection and the route from Doan Lap - Cau Dang - National Highway 37 intersection.
For Tien Lang district: The route from Doan Lap intersection to Han bridge is about 2km long. As of April 16, 2019, 157/219 households agreed to hand over the site to the construction contractor, the length of the entire route handed over is 1.5/2.0km; The contractor's implementation volume is estimated at 24% of the contract. The route from Doan Lap intersection to Dang bridge has a length of 4.7 km. Up to now, 247/362 households have agreed to hand over the site to the construction contractor, the length of the entire route handed over is 3.8/4.7km; The construction contractor's implementation volume is estimated at 27% of the contract.

For Vinh Bao district: The section from Cau Han to National Highway 37, 2.82/4.03km of land has been handed over; The contractor has performed 32% of the contract. The section from Chien Luoc bridge and the expanded section have mobilized 9/9 households to receive site clearance compensation, the implementation volume is 30% of the contract. The route from Dang bridge to National Highway 37 has been handed over the site of 2.0/2.66km, the implementation volume is estimated at 27% of the contract.
According to the Project Management Board, after the City People's Committee approves the specific land price (expected by April 30, 2019), the People's Committee of Tien Lang and Vinh Bao districts will hand over the site to the construction contractor. The Project Management Board has agreed with contractors to concentrate equipment and increase construction progress to ensure completion of construction work of the two projects on June 30, 2019.
Through field inspection and listening to reports, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Binh welcomed and noted that after the recent inspection and working trip with localities by City Party Committee Secretary Le Van Thanh, the site clearance work has made progress. However, the Permanent Vice Chairman noted that in recent times the coordination between agencies, functional units and localities has not been good, so it is necessary to strictly learn from experience.

Permanent Vice Chairman Nguyen Xuan Binh commented that in order for the project to be completed soon to serve the travel needs of people, the Chairman of the City People's Committee directed the Office of the City People's Committee, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the City Price Appraisal Council to check the report, and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to consider calculating the land price and submit it to the Chairman of the City People's Committee before April 20, 2019.
Regarding power lines, water lines and technical infrastructure that need to be relocated to serve the project, Permanent Vice Chairman Nguyen Xuan Binh requested the City People's Committee Office to urge the work of relevant units and compile a report to the City People's Committee leaders. Regarding the progress critical path, it is requested that the Office of the City People's Committee urge departments, branches, localities, Project Management Boards, and contractors to establish a specific critical path to ensure that the site clearance critical path and the construction critical path must be closely linked to each other to ensure project progress.
Vice Chairman Nguyen Xuan Binh assigned the People's Committee of Vinh Bao and Tien Lang districts to coordinate with the Management Board and contractors during the construction process to regularly check and install warning signs to absolutely ensure traffic safety and minimize the impact on workers and people in the construction area.
