Supporting households to disassemble, move and hand over the site for the construction of the Lotus Lake - Cau Rao 2 Project

Le Chan District mobilizes forces to support people in dismantling and moving to temporary housing to hand over the site for project construction.

(Haiphong.gov.vn) – On the morning of October 26, Le Chan District People's Committee organized the moving and demolition of houses numbered 34 to 40 Ho Sen Street to serve the investment project to build Ho Sen - Cau Rao 2 road, section from Nguyen Van Linh intersection to Cho Con street intersection.

In order to provide maximum support to households, Le Chan district has mobilized forces and means to help people dismantle and move furniture, crops, architectural objects... to temporary shelters to urgently hand over the site to the construction unit. According to the report of Le Chan district, up to this point, 62 households whose land is within the boundaries of the recovery for implementation of the Ho Sen - Cau Rao 2 Project in 3 wards: Hang Kenh, Du Hang and Du Hang Kenh have been sent notices to receive the first round of compensation, have received the money, are preparing to move and hand over the land, most of these households agree to support the project and wish to be relocated soon and receive resettlement land to stabilize their lives. In the coming time, the district will continue to pay compensation and land clearance support to households located fromThe two ends of the road are in a rolling form to ensure the construction progress of the entire project.

The investment project to build Ho Sen - Cau Rao 2 road, from Nguyen Van Linh intersection to Cho Con street intersection, has a total land area to be recovered of 59,254.5 m2 (including organizations, roads and a total of 474 households/539 plots of land) in the wards of Du Hang Kenh, Du Hang, Hang Kenh and Trai Cau.
