(Haiphong.gov.vn) – The City People's Committee has just issued a Decision assigning the task of preparing the investment project to build a road connecting from Rao 3 bridge to the coastal road.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Transport to be the investment preparation agency and organize the preparation of the Pre-Feasibility Study Report (or Investment Policy Proposal Report) for the investment project to build a connecting road from Rao 3 bridge to the coastal road and carry out subsequent procedures according to regulations.
Assign the Department of Finance to appraise the estimate of investment preparation tasks, propose capital for investment preparation and implement subsequent procedures according to the provisions of the Law on Public Investment, Decision No. 24/2020/QD-UBND dated September 10, 2020 of the City People's Committee on appraisal and approval of estimate of project investment preparation tasks; Cost estimates for preparation, appraisal and approval of construction planning projects using state budget capital in Hai Phong city and relevant legal regulations.
Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tho and relevant agencies inspected the entire route on November 27, 2020.
Previously on November 27, 2020, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tho chaired a field inspection with relevant agencies and a meeting to discuss project investment research, thereby agreeing on the investment research policy of the investment project to build a road connecting from Rao 3 bridge to the coastal road with a length of about 12km, cross-section width of about 60m (including 6 motor vehicle lanes and 4 regional lanes) along with a synchronous technical infrastructure system.
