On January 29, 2015, Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board issued an Investment Certificate to investor Insung Tech Co., Ltd., (Han Qusnail) to implement the project "Production of commodity labels and processing of Ribbon barcode ink rolls" associated with the establishment of Insung Hivina Co., Ltd. in Trang Due Industrial Park, An Duong district, Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong city.
The project "Producing commodity labels and processing Ribbon barcode ink rolls" is implemented with the goal and scale: Building a factory to produce commodity labels (185 tons/year) and processing ribbon barcode ink rolls (65 tons/year). The total investment capital of the project is equivalent to 2.5 million USD, the capital contribution to implement the project is equivalent to 500,000 USD. The project has an operating term of 50 years from the date of issuance of the Investment Certificate. According to the plan, the project will have stable production in January 2018. This is the second foreign-invested project in 2015 to be granted a new investment certificate by the Economic Zone Management Board in industrial parks and economic zones in Hai Phong./.
