Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tho inspected the project progress.
(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of July 1, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Duc Tho and leaders of relevant departments, branches and units inspected the progress of the project to renovate and upgrade provincial road 359, Thuy Nguyen district.

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested Thuy Nguyen District to continue propagating, campaigning, and speeding up site clearance progress.
Up to this point, for the section from Binh bridge to Trung Ha commune, there are still 230 out of 1,727 households that have not handed over their land. Construction volume reached more than 83%. For the section from Thuy Trieu commune to Ben Rung Industrial Park, there are 181 households out of a total of 1,101 households that have not yet handed over the premises. Progress in implementing the road component reached 52%, and the resettlement component reached 95%.
Thuy Nguyen district is continuing to propagate, campaign, and speed up land clearance progress; Arrange resettlement, strive to complete all site clearance work before August 31.

The Vice Chairman stated clearly that site clearance and resettlement are tasks that Thuy Nguyen district needs to focus on implementing to serve project construction and ensure progress according to plan.
The Vice Chairman requested local authorities and the Project Management Board to learn from experience in directing and managing project implementation; continue to promote site clearance and resettlement work; Coordinate with relevant departments, branches and units to review resettlement land funds. In allocating capital resources, priority should be given to funding sources for site clearance work. The Vice Chairman also asked construction contractors to share difficulties with investors, increase responsibility during project construction, and ensure that the project reaches its destination according to the committed plan.
