(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of September 10, the working group of the Standing Committee of the Le Chan District Party Committee led by comrade Le Trung Kien, City Party Committee member and Secretary of the District Party Committee, inspected the progress, mobilized and had direct dialogue, resolving petitions and problems for households whose land is within the boundary of the recovery line to implement the Ho Sen - Cau Rao 2 road project (phase 2).
The Ho Sen - Cau Rao 2 route project (phase 2) is being aggressively implemented by Le Chan district in the direction of handing over the site and constructing it there. Many households have agreed to hand over the site to the construction unit for demolition even though they have not received compensation support.
The working group directly listened and discussed the wishes of the people
The working group directly inspected the progress and went to each household whose land was recovered to implement the Project to discuss and listen specifically and in detail to the recommendations of each household; Answer households' questions and provide reasonable solutions, ensuring the maximization of rights and benefits for households whose land is recovered on the basis of ensuring regulations, avoiding people from suffering losses.
People sign a commitment to hand over the site for project implementation
The working group came to propagate and mobilize households. Many households agreed and proceeded to collect their belongings with the support of the local government, moving the furniture to the new place for the construction units to carry out demolition. The local government also committed to households, requesting households whose land was recovered to create conditions for handing over land, moving to temporary shelters, and resettlement before receiving compensation and support so that the Project can be implemented according to the schedule set by the city. All rights of households will be implemented according to the compensation plan. Compensation, support, and resettlement of households are committed to payment before September 30, 2020. After September 30, 2020, if there is no money to pay, households will be paid interest corresponding to the amount paid.Households receive the current interest rate on deposits from the State Bank of Vietnam.
Wherever the site is cleared, construction will be carried out by the district
Comrade Secretary of the District Party Committee requested the Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations, district specialized offices, and ward People's Committees to participate more actively and decisively in site clearance work; Specifically assign each household to each working group to propagate and mobilize people to agree to support the project implementation policy. Quickly support households to rent houses to stabilize their lives. All households have agreed to be eligible to receive resettlement land, then organize for households to pick up resettlement land lots. For households that still have recommendations on compensation support plans, the Secretary of the District Party Committee requested the Land Fund Development Center and Ward People's Committee to prepare a plan and send it to households, so that they can understand the issues.your rights when agreeing and handing over the site to implement the Project.
The Secretary of the District Party Committee also asked the construction unit to focus on demolishing works that have been approved by the people; Accelerate the progress of construction items in the direction of site clearance to the extent possible, and deploy construction there to ensure the progress of the project assigned by the city.
