According to the Decision of the Secretariat: Mobilizing and appointing comrade Do Thanh Trung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Finance to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hai Phong City Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Hoang Trung Dung, Standing Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, stated that the fact that Comrade Do Thanh Trung was trusted to be assigned the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hai Phong City Party Committee shows the recognition, evaluation, and concern of the Politburo, the Secretariat, as well as the collective leadership of the Ministry of Finance. Comrade Do Thanh Trung is considered a cadre with political courage and qualities; have capacity and experience in state management, especially in the fields of general economics, planning, investment and finance; has a scientific, innovative, creative, and drastic working method, making many important contributions to the fields of planning, investment, and finance.
