On the afternoon of March 18, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Kien chaired a meeting to hear relevant departments, branches, localities and units report on the implementation of a number of assigned tasks related to public assets.

The Department of Construction reports on the status of real estate projects and housing management on public property in the western area of the city.
Recently, the leaders of the City People's Committee have had many meetings and instructions related to the handling of housing and land funds that are public assets not used for residential purposes in the city; In which the recovery and arrangement of public assets has been gradually implemented to ensure urban beautification, avoid waste, and prevent budget loss. According to reports from units, in recent times, relevant units and localities have actively reviewed and classified real estate facilities to propose optimal treatment plans, avoiding waste of public resources and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
