On December 30, 2015, the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board issued an Investment Registration Certificate to adjust the project "Dinh Vu Iron Smelting Factory" to investor Dongbu Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), certificate of adjustment to increase investment capital for project implementation at Dinh Vu Industrial Park, Dong Hai 2 ward, Hai An district, part of Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai Phong city.
Accordingly, the total investment capital of the project was adjusted to increase from 35 million USD to nearly 46 million USD. The goal of the project is to produce finished cast iron and industrial gas products. The scale of the project for each year of stable production is: 242 thousand tons of finished iron products; 17.52 million m3 of Oxygen; 17.52 million m3 of Nitrogen gas; 262.8 thousand m3 of Argon gas. All parts of the project have been officially put into operation since October 2015./.
