To speed up the progress of project implementation, Vice Chairman Nguyen Duc Tho requested Cat Hai district to urgently coordinate with the Department of Construction to soon approve the detailed planning project at 1/500 scale, completed before December 7, 2020; The Department of Natural Resources and Environment was assigned to guide Hai Phong Port on procedures related to land allocation and land lease for project implementation. Regarding technical infrastructure serving the project, Deputy CThe President requested the Department of Industry and Trade to coordinate with Hai Phong Electricity Company Limited to increase the capacity of 110/22kV transformers at Cat Hai 110kV Transformer Station, ensuring enough capacity to serve the needs of Ben No. 3 and 4 Project (expected about 19,000kVA); Hai Phong Water Supply Joint Stock Company considers and builds a water supply pipeline connecting the existing HITC Port to the project fence.
Regarding the procedures for implementing the project, the Vice Chairman requested the Investor to coordinate with the consulting unit to inspect and review, and at the same time need to shorten the time, speed up the progress of project commencement earlier, striving to complete both wharves by 2023.
