On February 20, 2024, the Department of Finance issued an Investment Registration Certificate to Kinderworld Vietnam Joint Stock Company to implement the Singapore International Education Complex project at Lot CCO/54-1B, Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Vinh Niem Ward, Le Chan District, Hai Phong City.

Kinderworld Vietnam Joint Stock Company is an enterprise invested from Singapore, belonging to Kinderworld International Education Group. KinderWorld International Education Group was established and operating in Singapore since 1986 and present in Vietnam since 2000, is one of the leading units providing high quality international education programs. Currently, KinderWorld International Education Group is managing and operating 15 international schools in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and the Singapore International Education Complex model in Ha Long (Quang Ninh) and Da Nang.
Kinderworld Vietnam Joint Stock Company has spent a long time researching and surveying to consider and select suitable locations to deploy educational projects and expand the group's educational network in Hai Phong. On February 1, 2024, the City People's Committee issued Decision No. 332/QD-UBND on recognizing the winning results of the auction of leased land use rights for the investment project to build an inter-level school in Vinh Niem ward, Le Chan district with an area of 30,414.52 m2. Accordingly, Kinderworld Vietnam Joint Stock Company has proposed to implement the project with a design capacity of 1,500 students from preschool to high school, including 02 phases: (i) Phase 1 with a design capacity of about 700 students, implementing the following items: House ConstructionOffice, Multi-purpose building, Classroom No. 1, Hall, Covered swimming pool, Soccer field with running track, Basketball field, Parking lot, Flagpole, Soccer field stands, Technical area, Security house, Gathering yard, Concrete yard ensuring fire engine access, Gymnastics field, Covered walkway, Landscape trees, Internal roads; (ii) Phase 2 with a design capacity of about 800 students, implementing the following items: Construction of classroom building No. 2, Preschool building block and accompanying auxiliary works including: Roof of kindergarten reception hall, Playground, kindergarten paddling pool, Parking lot, Basketball court, Security house, Gathering yard, Covered walkway, Landscape trees, Internal roads. Project with total investment capital of about 359,340 billion VND, equivalent to about 14,590 million dollarsAmerica. The investor is expected to put phase 1 of the project into operation from December 2024.
Proposal to implement the Singapore International Education Complex project of Kinderworld Vietnam Joint Stock Company at Lot CCO/54-1B, Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Vinh Niem Ward, Le Chan District to provide international quality educational environments and services, increase the efficiency of using existing land funds, contribute to upgrading and beautifying urban areas, creating a highlight for the area, increasing revenue for the city budget, and promoting socio-economic development.
