The Ministry of Planning and Investment issued Circular No. 25/2023/TT-BKHDT dated December 31, 2023 amending Circular 03/2021/TT-BKHDT stipulating sample documents and reports related to investment activities in Vietnam, investment from Vietnam to foreign countries and investment promotion (The amended Circular officially takes effect from the date February 15, 2024).
Accordingly, Circular No. 25/2023/TT-BKHDT (please attach) amends 09 forms related to investment activities in Vietnam applicable to investors including:
– Document requesting implementation of investment project (Form A.I.1);
– Investment project proposal (Project subject to investment policy approval prepared by a competent state agency) (Form A.I.2);
– Document requesting issuance of Investment Registration Certificate (Form A.I.6);
– Document to register capital contribution/share purchase/purchase of capital contribution of foreign investors (Form A.I.7);
– Document to register the establishment of an executive office of a foreign investor in a business cooperation contract (Form A.I.8);
– Document requesting adjustment of investment project (In case of division, separation, consolidation, merger, conversion of type of economic organization) (Form A.I.11.đ);
– Document requesting adjustment of investment project (In case of other adjustments) (Form A.I.11.h);
– Written notice of the investor on the cessation of investment project operations (Form A.I.13);
– Written notice of termination of investment project activities (Form A.I.15).
The Department of Finance notifies investors/enterprises to know and prepare documents to carry out procedures according to the revised forms specified in Circular No. 25/2023/TT-BKHDT dated December 31, 2023 of the Ministry of Planning and Investment./.
