On the morning of October 20, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Binh on-site inspected the construction progress of Hoang Van Thu bridge and the Nguyen Binh Khiem - Dinh Vu intersection. Accompanied by leaders of relevant departments, branches, units and localities.
Speaking at the Hoang Van Thu bridge construction site, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Binh emphasized that the direction of the City Party Committee and the City People's Committee will not change the construction progress of Hoang Van Thu bridge. Regarding site clearance work, the Standing Vice Chairman requested relevant authorities and localities, based on the conclusion and direction of the Chairman of the City People's Committee, to urgently prepare a plan to calculate compensation and support for works and architectural objects within the scope of land recovery in accordance with regulations, ensuring the earliest handover of the site to contractors. Regarding site clearance at locations with defense land, the Permanent Vice Chairman requested units to proactively coordinate and advise city leaders to work specifically.Contact the Command of Military Region 3 to soon resolve the site for construction work.
According to the project management board's report, up to this point, the contractors have received the site and simultaneously mobilized all resources, increased machinery and equipment, fully arranged workers... to carry out the construction, and committed to ensuring quality, progress and shortening the construction time by 6 months compared to plan.

Inspecting at the construction site of the Nguyen Binh Khiem - Dinh Vu intersection, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Binh requested the Project Management Board and the contractor to take advantage of the favorable weather to actively accelerate the construction progress and quickly complete it to put the project into operation. The Standing Vice Chairman directs construction units to focus on handling technical issues well to meet project quality requirements, ensuring the project is put into operation safely and effectively. During the construction process, the contractor must absolutely ensure traffic safety and ensure the safety of daily life of people in the project construction area.
The Nguyen Binh Khiem - Dinh Vu Intersection Project has now completed the entire overpass. For the intersection under the bridge, the contractor has been demolishing and transporting architectural objects belonging to households and businesses; Construction of structural casting: culvert base, D1200 culvert, box culvert, station, curb...; Construction of roadbed excavation, geotextile spreading and sanding of black sand layers... estimated contract implementation volume is about 25%.
