INVESTMENT PROMOTION NEWSLETTER IN HAI PHONG INDUSTRIAL PARKS AND ECONOMIC ZONES THIRD QUARTER OF 2015

A. New level project

In the third quarter of 2015, Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Industrial Parks and Economic Zones had 03 projects with foreign investment (FDI) granted Investment Registration Certificates by the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board. Total investment capital of FDI projects granted Investment Registration Certificates in the third quarter of 2015 is equivalent to 27.4 million USD, including:

1. Investment registration certificate No. 547 466 2852, first certified on August 10, 2015, certified that investor Chilisin Holding (Hong Kong) Limited implemented the project: Chilisin Electronic Manufacturing Center in Vietnam. Project implementation location: Land lot IN3-4*A and IN3-4*B, VSIP Hai Phong urban, industrial and service area, Thuy Nguyen district, Dinh Vu - Cat Hai economic zone, Hai Phong city.

2. Investment registration certificate No. 546 378 6130, first certified on September 14, 2015, certified 01 individual investor of Chinese (Taiwanese) nationality implementing the project: Investment in the production of paper boxes, stamps, labels. Project implementation location: Factory rented from Bao Phat Vietnam Textile and Garment Development Company Limited, Lot J8, Nomura Industrial Park - Hai Phong, An Duong district, Hai Phong city.

3. Investment registration certificate No. 767 263 8486, first certified on September 28, 2015, certifying investor Trex Outdoor Living (Hong Kong) Limited to implement the project: Production of Beta aluminum alloy fence. Project implementation location: Factory rented from Tian Jiao Vietnam Stationery Co., Ltd., Lot L2.2, L2.3, L2.4, Do Son Hai Phong Industrial Park, Hai Phong city.

B. Projects to adjust Investment Registration Certificate

In the third quarter of 2015, Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Industrial Parks and Economic Zones had 05 foreign-invested projects whose Investment Registration Certificates were adjusted by the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, including 02 projects with an increase in total investment capital of564,268 thousand USD; 02 projects with domestic investment capital have their Investment Registration Certificates adjusted by the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, there are no projects adjusted to increase total investment capital.

C. Data for the first 9 months of the year and accumulated data

In the first 9 months of 2015, Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Industrial Parks and Economic Zones have 30foreign-invested projects granted Investment Registration Certificates by the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board with a total investment capital equivalent to 300.193 million USD; 10projects with domestic investment were granted Investment Registration Certificates by the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board with a total investment capital equivalent to 993.86 billion VND. In the first 9 months of 2015, there were 69 foreign-invested projects whose Investment Registration Certificates were adjusted by the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, including 11 projects that adjusted to increase total investment capital of 140.506 million USD; 07 projectwith domestic investment capital, the Investment Registration Certificate was adjusted by the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board, including 03 projects adjusted to increase total investment capital 6,551 billion VND.

Thus, in the first 9 months of 2015, total FDI capital attracted to industrial parks and economic zones in Hai Phong reached 440.7 million USD; Total capital DDI attracted reached 7,545 billion VND.

Cumulatively as of September 30, 2015, in Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Industrial Parks and Economic Zones in Hai Phong, there are 192 valid foreign-invested projects, with a total registered capital of 7.490 billion USD; 94 projects with valid domestic investment capital, with a total registered capital of 43,878 billion VND.
