(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of August 27, the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board organized a Dialogue Conference with investors and businesses in Industrial Parks and Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone in 2024 to remove difficulties and obstacles of businesses during production and business activities. Comrade Le Trung Kien, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board chaired the Conference. Representatives of investors and businesses raised a number of opinions and recommendations to be answered such as: supporting human resources recruitment solutions for businesses; Allowing overtime to increase income and paying unused leave to employees; Support for improving the electrical system and drainage system in industrial parks; Install more lighting in the industrial park and travel on roads with a range of 5-10km so that workers can be safe when participating in traffic and having to work overtime and come home late; Pay attention to traffic police regulation at intersections due to rush hour congestion; Arrange placement and classification of waste collection to solve the problem of a lot of household waste haphazardly thrown on lawns, causing loss of general beauty of the area.industrial; It is recommended that companies with vehicles transporting officials and employees remind drivers to slow down when entering industrial park roads or take measures to limit speed to ensure the safety of officials, employees, and workers.
