Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy, Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union, Vice President of the Hai Phong Young Entrepreneurs Association said: 1983 Hai Phong Young Entrepreneurs Club was established and launched by the Hai Phong Young Entrepreneurs Association on October 12, 2023.
