The General Statistics Office has just said that in the first 8 months of this year, the whole country had 73,404 newly registered enterprises with a total registered capital of 568 trillion VND, an increase of 20% in the number of enterprises and an increase of 51% in registered capital compared to the same period in 2015; The average registered capital per enterprise reached 7.7 billion VND, an increase of 26%. The real estate sector has a strong increase in both the number of businesses and registered capital. Specifically, the number of businesses with registered real estate business increased by 101%, and the registered capital increased by 268%. Other industries with the number of enterprises and corresponding registered capital are: mining increased by 8.8% and 247%; information and communication increased by 15% and 183%; Production and distribution of electricity, water, and gas increased by 21% and 120%; Processing and manufacturing industry increased by 24% and 107%.%... In the field of arts, entertainment and recreation, the number of newly registered businesses in 8 months decreased by 34% compared to the same period last year; Registered capital decreased by 22%.
From a market perspective, the Vietnam Real Estate Association said, the real estate market is weak.n July there were not many changes.
