The Ministry of Health owns 2 Programs: Health - Population target program; Target investment program to develop the local health system. Total actual capital for implementing the 2 Programs is 42,913 billion VND.
The Ministry of Public Security owns the target program to ensure traffic order and safety, fire prevention, crime and drug prevention with a total implementation capital of 9,227 billion VND.
