(Haiphong.gov.vn) - The City People's Committee has just sent a document to the Department of Transport, City Police, and People's Committees of districts, Hong Bang and Thuy Nguyen districts requesting to ensure security, order, and safety in the Hoang Van Thu bridge area and traffic routes in the investment project to build technical infrastructure of the new urban area North of Cam River.
The City People's Committee assigned the People's Committees of Hong Bang and Thuy Nguyen districts to regularly inspect and take measures to prevent activities from encroaching on bridge sidewalks, pedestrian sidewalks on the bridge to sell goods as a place of business and trade, and acts of destroying property installed in the Hoang Van Thu bridge area and roads in the area of the Investment Project to build technical infrastructure of the North Cam River New Urban Area.
For traffic separation and placement of traffic signs, assign the Urban Development and Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board to urgently complete the traffic safety system and install traffic signs in the Hoang Van Thu bridge area before November 5, 2019.
