(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of January 19, the Le Chan District Party Committee's working group led by comrade Tran Viet Tuan, City Party Committee member, District Party Committee Secretary, went to campaign and have direct dialogue, resolving petitions and problems for households whose land is within the recovery boundary to implement the investment project to build Ho Sen - Cau Rao 2 road, section from Cho Con intersection to To Hieu street.
The investment project to build Ho Sen - Cau Rao 2 road, the section from Cho Con intersection to To Hieu street has a total recovered land area of 8,491.5 m2 (including organizations, roads and a total of 28 households) in Trai Cau ward. Le Chan District People's Committee approved the plan, compensation and support for 28 households, area of 1,203.0 m2, total cost of 124 billion; held a dialogue meeting with households whose land was recovered about compensation, support and resettlement plans.
The working group directly listened and discussed the wishes of the people
To date, Le Chan district has paid compensation and support to 10 households, with an area of 276.7 m2 with a total cost of 25.9 billion, leaving 14.3 billion. For households that have received compensation, support households that are moving and handing over clean premises before January 25, 2020. There are still 18 households that have not yet received compensation, support, resettlement and handover of land, an area of 926.3 m2 with a total cost of 98.1 billion.
The working group went directly to each household whose land was recovered to implement the Project to discuss and listen specifically and in detail to each household's recommendations; Answer households' questions and provide reasonable solutions, ensuring maximum rights and benefits for households whose land is recovered on the basis of ensuring regulations, avoiding people from suffering losses. At the same time, propagate and mobilize households whose land has been recovered to support and create conditions for early handover of land and relocation to resettlement places so that the Project can be implemented according to the schedule set by the city...
