(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of June 14, at the City Convention Center, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee held a conference summarizing 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW dated June 9, 2014 of the Party Central Committee (term XI) on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable development of the country.
