This is an annual cultural - tourism event organized by the city to celebrate the 71st anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2026); is an event of special significance, marking the first Festival season held in the space and stature of the new Hai Phong city.
In this meaningful moment, on behalf of the city's leaders, I would like to warmly welcome and respectfully send to the leaders and former leaders of the Party and State; Delegates, international guests, and all the people and visitors, respectful greetings, best wishes for health and wish the 2026 Red Poinciana Festival - Hai Phong a great success.
