Total local budget expenditure in July 2021 is estimated to reach 2,485.50 billion VND; It is estimated that in the first 7 months of 2021, it will reach 13,040.40 billion VND, equal to 124.5% compared to the same period last year.

Total capital mobilized in the area is estimated to reach VND 253,254 billion by July 31, 2021, an increase of 13.73% over the same period last year.
Total outstanding loans as of July 31, 2021 are estimated to reach 137,299 billion VND, an increase of 9.85% over the same period last year.
2. Consumer Price Index (CPI)
The consumer price index (CPI) of Hai Phong city in July 2021 increased by 0.42% (urban areas increased by 0.49%; rural areas increased by 0.33%) compared to the previous month, increased by 1.51% over the same period last year and increased by 1.53% compared to December last year. It is estimated that in July 2021, the number of livestock and poultry in the city is as follows: Total buffalo herd is estimated at 3.9 thousand heads, down 14.44% over the same period last year; The herd of cows is estimated at 9.27 thousand heads, down 8.13%. The total current herd of pigs is estimated at 135.43 thousand heads, an increase of 13.25% over the same period last year. Poultry farming in the area continues to tend to decrease, the total poultry herd is estimated at 8,828.8 thousand heads, down 4.19% over the same period last year.

In July 2021, wood exploitation output in the city is estimated to reach 81.5 m3, equal to 90.05% over the same period last year; Firewood production is estimated at 3,309.8 steres, equal to 90.13%.

The production development index (PTSX) of the entire city's industrial sector (IIP) in July 2021 is expected to increase by 7.87% over the previous month and by 22.72% over the same period last year, of which the processing and manufacturing industry increased by 25.35% over the same period; The water supply and waste treatment industry increased by 15.16%; The two industries with a decreasing production index are the mining industry, down 42.54%; Electricity production and distribution decreased by 11.38%.

In July 2021, the city organized centralized drug addiction management and treatment at drug treatment facilities for 1,196 people, and home and community treatment for 31 people. Methadone treatment throughout the city (18 facilities) for 3,900 people.
In the first 7 months of 2021, drug addiction treatment and management organizations focused on drug addiction treatment facilities for 1,816 people (equal to 84.43% over the same period last year). Methadone treatment is managed by the Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs sector at 06 facilities for 1,375 people (equal to 103% over the same period). Detoxification at home and community for 116 people (equal to 86.6% over the same period).
* Education – Training
The 2021 high school graduation exam in Hai Phong has 21,465 candidates participating, including 551 free candidates and 2,142 continuing education candidates. The whole city has 46 testing locations and 14 backup testing locations. The total number of official exam rooms is 998, 46 backup exam rooms, and 63 waiting rooms.
Regarding admission to grade 10 high school, based on the number of successful candidates who have enrolled (first time) at public high schools, the Department of Education and Training continues to organize admission exam (second time) for the entrance exam to grade 10 high school in the 2021-2022 school year for candidates.

* HIV/AIDS prevention work
As of July 15, 2021, the cumulative number of people infected with HIV is 11,468 people, the number of people converted to AIDS is 6,315 people, the number of deaths due to AIDS is 5,347 people, the number of people living with HIV is 6,121 people. The total number of patients being treated with Methadone in the month was 54 people, 39 patients stopped treatment, 3,900 people were being treated, and 3,805 people reached maintenance dose.
* Traffic order and safety situation
From June 15, 2021 to July 14, 2021, there were 03 road traffic accidents in the entire city, killing 02 people and injuring 03 people. In the first 7 months of 2021, there were 41 road traffic accidents and 01 waterway traffic accident in the city. Traffic accidents killed 34 people and injured 23 people.
* Fire and explosion prevention work
From June 15, 2021 to July 14, 2021, 05 fires occurred in Hai Phong city, causing no human damage. In the first 7 months of 2021, there were 50 fires in the city, an increase of 21.95% over the same period in 2020, killing 1 person, injuring 1 person, and a number of forest vegetation fires causing an estimated damage of 12.28 hectares./.
