(Haiphong.gov.vn) - The Chairman of the City People's Committee has just commented in Document 3612/VP-GT approving Tri Nam Group Joint Stock Company to continue piloting the TNGo public bicycle service project in the city, with an extension period of pilot implementation of 02 years.
Accordingly, Tri Nam Group Joint Stock Company can continue to use sidewalks on roads for free to set up bicycle parking spots.

The Chairman assigned the People's Committees of the districts: Hong Bang, Le Chan, Ngo Quyen and Hai An to preside with the Department of Transport and City Police to inspect and handle security, order and traffic safety issues at bicycle parking stations in the management area. At the same time, there are propaganda measures to remind people with shops and businesses not to encroach on the area of parking stations, affecting the use of public bicycle services by people and tourists.
Assign the Department of Finance and the City Tax Department to guide Tri Nam Group Joint Stock Company to implement regulations related to public bicycle service prices and fulfill related tax payment obligations.
